• Changing consumables
• Reducing overtime

PPM’s teams ensure the smooth running of manufacturer’s paint shops on a daily basis which makes us integral to production. We can create and maintain management systems that are integrated into the manufacturing processes, including health and safety, risk assessments, work instructions, management information and attendance at daily/weekly/monthly meetings.

With our quality control checks throughout the process, improvements and problem rectifications can be made at the earliest opportunity. The data we provide enables the team to make constant adjustments to the process and request improvements to the products to ensure that maximum first time through rates are achieved and maintained.

Improved Quality

Our performance is assessed in regular review and KPI meetings on site.

We also regularly manage stock control of materials on plant, stock updates in computer systems, usage files and cost per unit analysis. Our data submissions are entered in an agreed time frame.  Consistent completion and maintenance of work instructions and risk assessments is a core function of PPM, to maximise the health and safety of our workforce.
