Quality Policy

We will:

  • Comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities;

  • Provide support to customer’s product delivery, meeting and exceeding their expectations;

  • Strive to satisfy the requirements of our stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible;

  • Establish and follow a Quality Management System (QMS), communicating this within the company and to our key partners to ensure that all are made aware of their individual obligations;

  • Involve our employees and key partners in the continual development and review processes of our resources and the QMS, with measurable effectiveness and improvements

  • Establish feedback systems to measure the performance of our services, and improve the QMS as a result;

  • Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates and subcontractors the reduction of hazards, prevention of injury, ill health and pollution;

  • Provide all the resources of equipment, trained and competent staff and any other requirements to enable these objectives to be met.
